Event: History of Conservation Tillage Conference

Early 2009 Regina, SK

This conference will feature invited presentations from individuals that were instrumental in the development of conservation tillage technology; academic analyses of the innovation and adoption processes of zero till, from past to present; and a consideration of what the future might hold for the technology.

The presenters at this conference will then be approached to author chapters for a book on the history of conservation tillage.

Invited participants will include (but will not be limited to): producers, academics, government representatives (policy, research), implement manufacturers and dealers, industry regulators and representatives (i.e., PAMI, PIMA), international perspectives.
