Media Coverage: Knowledge Mobilization Interview on YouTube (April 2010)

This YouTube Interview is part of a series of interviews with university researchers and their non-university partnerships to mobilize knowledge (research).

Fiona Hayes, University of Saskatchewan, in conjunction with Research Impact ( facilitated the interview between KIS Principal Investigator, Murray Fulton, and Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture (SMA) Policy Branch Manager, Jim Stalwick.

In March 2010, KIS partnered with the SMA Policy Branch to bring Dr. Anna Roberts to Canada from Australia to offer workshops on the INFFER process. The application of INFFER to policy development is an area of interest for the SMA. Lead INFFER researcher, Dr. David Pannell, was initially brought to Canada by KIS in October 2008. The March 2010 visit by Dr. Roberts was a follow-up initiative organized by KIS based on SMA's interest in having additional discussion on the INFFER process.

"Knowledge mobilization has to be part of institutional
change that is going on in society."

The interview is divided into three segments and can be found at:
